I Can’t Get a Refund from Stayforlong After Leaving Hilton

I booked a stay at Hilton Kozyatağı through Stayforlong (via Trivago), but ended up leaving the hotel one day early. Naturally, I expected a refund for the unused night. However, no refund has been issued, and what's worse, I’ve been completely unable to get in touch with anyone from Stayforlong or Trivago. There is no clear support contact, no response to emails, and no way to reach a real person.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I fulfilled all obligations on my end, and the hotel itself acknowledged my early checkout, yet Stayforlong refuses to communicate, let alone refund the difference. For a company that claims to offer seamless bookings, their lack of post-booking support is unacceptable.

I will never use Stayforlong again, and I advise others to stay away unless you’re ready to be ignored the moment there’s an issue. Stayforlong, refund my unused night and improve your customer support immediately.
