Stayforlong Booking Confirmed by Email, Hotel Says ‘No Reservation Found

On November 6, 2025, I made a reservation through the Stayforlong website for the Mercure Hotel in Trabzon, with check-in on November 10, 2025, and check-out on November 11, 2025. I received a confirmation email with the code X7B91R, and the payment of $75 USD was charged to my İş Bankası credit card and approved.

However, when I called the hotel, I was informed that they had no record of my reservation and that nothing had been entered into their system. I emailed Stayforlong customer service, but I have not received any response yet. This is my first time booking through this website, and experiencing such an issue has caused significant inconvenience.

I request that my reservation be urgently forwarded to the hotel and confirmed. I kindly ask that this problem be resolved and that my inconvenience be addressed.
