I made a hotel reservation through Stayforlong, but when I contacted the hotel, they said they have no record of my booking. My security code is SFL5D85C0BB1C, and my receipt number is 12682544293, yet the hotel cannot find my reservation under these details.

This is extremely frustrating—I have a confirmed booking for today, but the hotel requires a PNR or confirmation number, which Stayforlong has not provided. I need an urgent response from Stayforlong to resolve this issue immediately.

I expect immediate confirmation or a full refund if the reservation cannot be honored. This is unacceptable service for a prepaid booking!
