I'm Demanding Stayforlong Process My Refund After Sharing All Requested Info
I canceled a reservation I made through Stayforlong, under the name Gülşah Ç****, for the dates July 22-27, three days ago. I made a substantial payment totaling $1,171 and $851, but I have not received any refund since the cancellation.
When I contacted Stayforlong about this, they requested my IBAN number; even though I shared the necessary information, no payment has been made to my account for three days now. I have received neither a payment receipt nor any clear information regarding the process.
I am requesting that the full amount I paid be urgently refunded to me, without any additional deductions.
I canceled my reservation and made a total payment of 54,850 TL + 39,830 TL, but I haven't received a refund. I contacted Stayforlong, they asked for an IBAN, but for three days no payment has been made to my account and I haven't received any information. My request for a refund is still not being addressed.
