I Face Starpets Not Paying Out My $23 Despite Successful Transactions
Through Starpets, I made two separate withdrawal requests using my computer. About 4–5 months ago, I withdrew $8, and just yesterday, I withdrew another $15, for a total of $23. However, the funds have not yet been deposited into my İş Bank account, which is registered under my name. During both transactions, I didn’t receive any error messages or confirmation emails — only a notice saying that I needed to wait.
This issue has occurred only with these two transactions. Despite reaching out to Starpets customer service, I have not received any response.
I request that the $23 owed to me be immediately transferred to my bank account.
