StarMaker Ignored Our Appeals After Permanent Account Suspension

May 14 12:54 AM102

Our family captain’s account on the StarMaker application was permanently banned on Monday, May 11, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM without any valid reason. Inside the application, we were shown only a generic system message stating, “Sorry, this account was reported for violating relevant regulations or Community Guidelines and is currently suspended.” However, no concrete explanation was provided regarding which specific rule had allegedly been violated.

After this happened, we contacted the StarMaker support team through the application and other communication channels, but nobody provided any real assistance. We believe that the representatives responsible for Turkey acted unfairly and unjustly against us and permanently banned our captain’s account without proper cause. No transparent information was shared, and none of our objections or appeals were seriously considered. This situation has seriously damaged both our trust in the platform and our personal reputation within the community.

I request that StarMaker immediately restore our family captain’s account and provide a clear and detailed explanation regarding the exact reason this action was taken. In addition, I ask for an investigation into the manager or representative whom we believe abused their authority, along with a formal apology for the harm caused to our dignity and reputation. We expect this entire process to be handled transparently, fairly, and with respect for user rights.
