StarMaker Android Account Facing Mute After False Report
I am a user of the StarMaker Android app and my account ID is 100030533***. A person has submitted a false report against my ID, claiming that I violated the rules, even though I have not broken any guidelines or done anything against the platform’s policies. Because of this false report, my ID is at risk of being muted, which is very unfair and damages my experience on the app. I have already submitted an appeal through your channels, but I have not received a resolution yet. I kindly request that my account be unmuted if any mute has been applied, that the false report be removed from my record, and that my case be carefully reviewed so that my account is cleared of these unjust accusations.
