I am having to rewrite this complaint because of the extremely serious losses I’ve experienced in the Starmarker app. In the last four days, I lost a total of $166, and these losses are happening across the entire app. Any earnings the app gives are taken back by the system shortly afterward. When I ask the administrators, they tell me that the wins and losses are determined by the system and that they do not interfere — but my experience strongly suggests otherwise. I have nine different accounts, all active, and no matter which account or game I use, the system behaves the same way: it looks like it’s letting me win and then takes everything back. We even proved this during a live stream and showed it to the app’s administrators, yet nothing was done.
I contacted customer service multiple times, but every time I was given vague, dismissive responses like “it’s possible,” without any real solution. I am experiencing massive financial and emotional harm from constantly losing; this situation has affected me psychologically as well. Even though I load money into the app morning and night, I can’t gain anything — I only lose.
Honestly, I’m worried that this complaint will also be ignored, because none of my previous complaints have been addressed and no one has ever reached out to me directly. I believe Starmarker is misleading players and causing financial losses with this system. I am posting this complaint again so that others using the app don’t suffer the same harm. I am asking for real transparency and a real solution at this point.
