Starlight Refused Withdrawal After Telegram Bonus Offer

I was directed to a site called Starlight by someone messaging me on Telegram under the name “y** Hanım.” She told me that if I deposited $16, I would receive a 100% bonus with no wagering requirement. Trusting this, I deposited $16, and it appeared in my account as $31, so I started playing.
While playing, my balance first increased to about $155, then dropped to around $93. At that point, when I requested a withdrawal, they told me that I had not completed the wagering requirement for the bonus. I explained that “y** Hanım” had clearly stated the bonus was non-wagering, but they still insisted I needed to meet wagering conditions. I continued playing with my $93 balance, and it eventually increased to around $177.
Later, when I tried to withdraw my money, they asked me to send various documents via email, including a copy of my ID, proof that my phone number belongs to me, and a residence document. I became suspicious due to the amount of personal information they were requesting, so I did not send any documents. I saved all conversations and screenshots as evidence.
Shortly after I refused to send documents, I lost access to the site and “y** Hanım” stopped responding to me on Telegram. My account has effectively been blocked, and I cannot access either my deposit or my winnings.
I request that both my $16 deposit and my winnings be paid to me. I also ask that an investigation be conducted into this site and the individuals misleading users through Telegram, so that others do not fall victim to similar schemes.
