I am writing regarding an unauthorized payment of ₱699.00 charged to my GCash account on October 24, 2026 at around 7:06 PM, in Polomolok, South Cotabato, Philippines. The transaction was processed under the merchant name Starread Technology Limited. I did not sign up for any subscription, I am not using your platform, and I did not authorize this charge. According to my GCash transaction records, the payment details are as follows: Merchant Name: Starread Technology Limited, Merchant Transaction Number: AD2113950118592716800, GCash Reference Number: 711160498. I do not know which product, service, app, or website this payment is linked to. I have tried to reach Starread Technology Limited but have not been able to contact the company. I request that this unauthorized payment of ₱699.00 be fully refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible, that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details be immediately cancelled, and that I receive a written confirmation that my payment details have been removed from your systems and that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent. I request your urgent assistance and a clear written response regarding the refund, cancellation of any subscription, and confirmation that my payment channel has been deleted from your database.
