I purchased a Stanley thermos from Trendyol’s official store, expecting high-quality heat retention. However, upon first use, within just one hour, my boiling tea dropped to an undrinkable lukewarm temperature. When I touched the lid, I could feel the heat escaping, which should not happen with a properly insulated thermos.
Thinking I might have used it incorrectly, I tested it again, but the same issue occurred. This is unacceptable! Even a no-name brand thermos I previously used kept liquids warm for 3-4 hours, yet this high-end Stanley thermos barely lasts an hour.
I immediately contacted Trendyol’s customer service, and they assured me the product would be inspected. After following up, I was told the review was still ongoing. Then, unexpectedly, the thermos was returned to me with a generic message stating that no defect was found.
How is it possible that Stanley’s supposed heat retention lasts less than an hour? I own another Stanley thermos, and it does not release heat like this. When I touch my defective thermos, I can feel the heat escaping, which should not happen with a properly insulated product.
I demand a proper inspection and resolution! This thermos is clearly faulty, and I refuse to accept an item that fails to perform as advertised. Trendyol and Stanley, please take responsibility for your products and address this issue immediately!
