After submitting the form, I received an e‑mail confirming my application with the reference number PD91KD1L, but despite this, no lid has been sent to me and I have not received any further progress information. Since I have been unable to use my Stanley mug for a long time due to the lid problem, I kindly request that the lid replacement be carried out as soon as possible and that the appropriate lid be sent to me without further delay.
