Stanley Trigger Action Bottle Leaking Due to Lid Gasket Issue

I own a Stanley Trigger Action bottle, and the lid gasket has started causing leaks. On November 12, I submitted a technical service request (#03320-20572) to address this issue, but I have not received any response to date.

This is especially frustrating as I had registered the product under the lifetime warranty. Despite this, there has been no follow-up or assistance to resolve the problem. I am requesting the provision of a replacement part or a solution under the warranty coverage.

Stanley is known for its quality and service, and I am disappointed by this lack of communication. I urge the company to respond promptly and resolve this issue without further delay.
