On March 12, 2024, I submitted two separate applications for lid replacements for my Stanley thermoses due to the known safety issue and recall. Both requests were approved, and I received confirmation emails stating that the new lids would be shipped to me within 7 to 9 weeks. However, it has now been over three months, and I have still not received anything.
What’s even more frustrating is that Stanley themselves clearly stated that the original lids should not be used due to safety concerns. So not only have they failed to send the replacements in the promised time frame, but they’ve also rendered the products I paid for completely unusable for months. I bought these thermoses trusting the brand's reputation for quality and customer care—this situation reflects neither.
This delay has caused serious inconvenience. If the product is dangerous to use, why is the resolution being treated so casually? I demand that Stanley take immediate action to ship my replacement lids, or provide another form of compensation for making me wait this long without a working product. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from a company that claims to stand behind its products.
