Stanley's Distributor Refused My Warranty Claim After My Thermos Spring Rusted
Working with an incompetent distributor like "Kutup Ayısı," Stanley, a reputable worldwide brand, is damaging its reputation. When the still-under-warranty spring of my thermos rusted, I contacted via email. Although I sent all the required paperwork and pictures, they first showed no interest. Following up, they at last delivered a message saying, "Your item is refused," without any justification. I want to bring this up with all pertinent domestic and foreign authorities. I also advise other clients who have had comparable situations to get in touch with Stanley's headquarters straight-forwardly and the Consumer Arbitration Commission. Stanley should rethink its alliance if it respects its image.
