No Response from Stanley Warranty Service After Sending Defective Thermos
On December 9, I sent my Stanley thermos to Kutup Ayısı for warranty service due to unexpected deformation that occurred on its own. The return was shipped via Aras Kargo with tracking number 4100453719286.
Since that day, I have been unable to reach the company in any way. There has been no response, no update, and no resolution regarding my claim. Not only has my issue remained unresolved, but now I no longer even have my thermos.
I expect immediate communication and an update on my product’s status. If my thermos cannot be repaired or replaced, I demand a refund or a new unit as part of the warranty coverage. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
