My thermos doesn’t keep my coffee hot anymore. There’s probably something wrong with it because when I tested it with hot water, the outside of the thermos got hot. It used to work well, but now it doesn’t. If I could get it fixed or replaced, that would be great because it’s a great brand. I’m willing to send it wherever necessary.
