I purchased a Stanley thermos approximately five years ago, and it has recently proven to be quite disappointing. There are now white spots inside the thermos, and its ability to retain heat has noticeably decreased. I've tried reaching out to Stanley's official website several times regarding the issue, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response at all. I'm feeling quite frustrated at the moment, and I'm really hoping that by sharing my experience here, I'll be able to receive some assistance from Stanley.
