Stanley Thermos Fails to Retain Heat – Loses Temperature in 2 Hours

I recently purchased a Stanley thermos, trusting its reputation for excellent heat retention. However, instead of keeping my drink hot, it started cooling down within just two hours—far from what was advertised. At this rate, I might as well leave my coffee in a regular cup!
I have bought similar Stanley products before, but this time, the performance is extremely disappointing. A premium thermos should deliver on its promise, especially considering its price. If it fails at its core function, then what’s the point?
I expect a prompt resolution from Stanley. This product does not perform as advertised, and I demand a replacement or a solution that ensures I get what I paid for.
