Stanley Thermos Fails to Keep Drinks Cold – Insulation Issue, No Support from Seller

I purchased a Stanley thermos two months ago, expecting it to maintain cold temperatures as advertised. However, it has failed completely in this regard. The product claims to keep ice for 30 hours, but within just two hours, all the ice melts. Similarly, hot drinks do not stay warm as they should. This is a clear insulation issue, making the thermos practically useless.

Despite the lifetime warranty, I have been unable to reach customer support. The store I purchased it from refused to accept a return, leaving me with no solution. I expect Stanley to honor its warranty and either replace or refund my faulty thermos immediately!
