Stanley Thermos Leak Issue Ignored – Need Proper Warranty Support

My Stanley thermos has been leaking, so I contacted customer support under the warranty. However, instead of properly inspecting the product, they sent a dismissive response. They claimed the cap design minimizes spills but acknowledged that leaks can occur when the thermos is tilted or used with a straw, even in the locked position.
This explanation is unacceptable. A premium product like Stanley’s thermos should not have such issues, and dismissing it as a design feature shows a lack of accountability. I expected better quality and customer service from this brand.
Stanley, I demand a proper review of my product and a resolution to this problem. Please address this issue promptly and restore my trust in your brand.
