Stanley Thermos Fails to Keep Drinks Hot



I purchased a Stanley brand thermos from BİM Market in November 2025, paying approximately $63 for it. The product packaging and promotions claimed it would keep beverages hot for 48 hours and cold for 48 hours. However, when I pour hot water into it, the water becomes completely cold within a maximum of 2 hours. I noticed this issue about two weeks after purchasing the product, and since then, I have not been able to use the thermos for its intended purpose.
I specifically chose this product because I wanted something high-quality that would keep liquids hot for a long time, but it absolutely does not deliver the promised performance. Even though I have contacted Stanley multiple times about this issue, I have not received any response, and this lack of customer service has further increased my frustration.
To resolve my issue, I am requesting that the thermos, which I believe is defective, be replaced with a new one that properly performs its advertised hot and cold retention functions.
The process is getting stuck because the brand does not respond, and my expectations were not met.
