Stanley Lifetime Warranty Dispute After Thermos Color Peels
About one year ago, I purchased a Stanley thermos through Hepsiburada. Last week, due to paint peeling and color fading on the body, I sent the product for warranty service via Aras Cargo. Knowing that Stanley products are covered by a lifetime warranty, I expected this issue to be resolved under warranty.
However, I was informed that the product would only be returned to me because its “authenticity could not be verified.” Claiming authenticity concerns for a product purchased from a major and reputable platform like Hepsiburada, and excluding it from warranty coverage without any clear explanation, is completely unacceptable to me.
I expect Stanley to stand behind its product, to verify the authenticity of my thermos if necessary through the official sales channel, and to repair the color fading issue under warranty. I also request a clear and written explanation regarding this process and ask that my grievance be properly resolved.
