Stanley Ignored Heating Issues and Burn Hazard Recall for Thermoses in Turkey

I bought 2 Stanley thermoses and have been experiencing heating problems caused by the product covers. Despite their reputation for quality and durability, I am now questioning the brand's consistency. Recently, these thermos models were recalled in the USA due to a burn hazard, but no such recall is available in Turkey. It feels unfair that customers in Turkey are left to deal with potential safety risks while others receive proper attention. This inconsistency in addressing safety issues globally is concerning. As a loyal customer, I expected better accountability from such a reputable brand. It's frustrating to see a brand prioritize customers in one region while neglecting others.
