Umingle Banned My Account Even Though I Am 25

I am 25 years old and my Umingle account with the ID “40ee3d8b” has been banned with the reason shown as “under 18.” When I try to use the service, I see a screen that says my account is banned and asks me to make a payment of around $2.18 USD (Instant Unban) to remove the ban. I did not log in with a regular account or see any option to use a normal account system; I was simply using the website when this ban suddenly appeared. I do not accept being forced to pay in order to correct what appears to be an age verification error, especially when I am over 18 and already 25 years old. I request that my ban be removed without any payment and that my age be verified free of charge. If you require identification to confirm my age, I am willing to provide it directly to your support in a secure way, but I do not accept having to pay a fee just to access the service again.
