11Hello, I have made all the necessary requests regarding the defective Stanley thermos, but I haven't received a response since April 26th. I can't use the thermos and I request a replacement immediately. It's unfortunate that we chose you when there are better products on the market and encountered problems. You cannot hold the user responsible for a manufacturing defect. Please replace the thermos with a new one immediately and contact me. Have a good day.
