Withdrawal Not Received

I have been using Stake for a long time and have successfully withdrawn funds many times to my Indian Bank personal savings account in India. However, a withdrawal I initiated on 7 June has not been credited to my bank account, even though Stake shows the transaction as successful. The withdrawal was for INR 3,162 to my personal savings account with Indian Bank. In the app, this transaction appears with the status “Successful” and the withdrawal transaction ID 3516127907, but the amount has still not arrived in my bank account. I have checked my statements and there is no credit for this amount. I have tried to get help from Stake but I am not getting any option to connect to live support, so I have no explanation for where this money is or what went wrong. Since previous withdrawals to the same account have always worked, this situation is causing serious concern. I request that this missing withdrawal be urgently traced and either credited to my Indian Bank account without further delay or fully reversed back to my Stake balance. I also ask for a clear explanation of what happened with this transaction and why it is marked successful when the funds have not been received.
