Stake Deposit Pending And No Response From Support

I have been facing an unresolved issue with three INR deposits that I made to Stake about a month ago. These payments, totalling 3,000 rupees, were made through Google Pay and Paytm, using my Axis Bank account, but the money has neither been credited to my Stake account nor refunded back to my bank. For all three payments, I have confirmation and transaction references from the payment providers and the bank showing that the transactions were successfully completed, yet the corresponding amount does not appear anywhere on Stake’s side. I escalated the issue through your support channels, but so far I have only received automated responses and no concrete resolution or manual follow-up. Despite the time that has passed, the funds are still stuck. I request that Stake immediately either credits the total 3,000 rupees to my Stake account or processes a refund to my bank account, whichever can be done fastest, and informs me clearly about what went wrong with these transactions. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as my money has been held without any useful support response for about a month.
