I am writing to report an unresolved deposit issue with my Stake gambling account. On 9 April 2026, I made a deposit of 500 to my Stake account via UPI from my Bank of Baroda account using the PhonePe application. The transaction is marked as successful in both my PhonePe and bank records, and I have the UPI transaction details and screenshots as proof. Despite the payment being completed on my side, the amount has not been credited to my Stake balance and there is no record of this deposit in my account history. I contacted Stake customer support and shared the UPI transaction ID and payment screenshots, but I have not been given any clear explanation, solution, or reference number, and my issue remains unresolved. I request that this failed deposit be urgently investigated and that the 500 amount either be credited to my Stake account or refunded back to my Bank of Baroda account as soon as possible, since I did not receive the funds in my Stake account despite the transaction showing as successful on my end.
