I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue on my Stake betting account. On 1 March 2026, I made a mobile transfer deposit of 100,000 from my Opay account to the Sartbutton Checkout/Baines Microfinance Bank details provided for Stake deposits. I have the transaction reference and proof of payment available, and the money has left my Opay account, but my Stake betting account has still not been credited after several days. I have previously deposited successfully to Stake using this same method and details, so I am familiar with the process. During this particular transaction I mistakenly paid directly to a previous code number that had been used before, but the payment still went through to Sartbutton Checkout/Baines Microfinance Bank. Despite this, the deposit has not reflected on my Stake account. I contacted Stake customer support about this issue, but the response I received was very poor and my problem has not been resolved. I am disappointed that such a large amount has been on hold for days without any concrete assistance or follow‑up. I request that my deposit be traced and either credited promptly to my Stake betting account or refunded back to my Opay account. I am ready to provide the transaction ID, payment reference, and screenshots of the transfer to help with the investigation, and I ask that this matter be treated urgently.
