I am writing to report an unresolved issue involving three Paytm deposit transactions to my Stake account, with a total missing amount of ₹50,000. Two of these deposits, ₹20,000 each, were made on March 29 at around 1:00–2:00 PM, and another deposit of ₹10,000 was made the following day. All three transactions were successfully debited on my end, and I have full proof of payment, including Paytm transaction details and three escalation IDs linked to my Stake username. Despite this, the money has still not been credited to my Stake account.
I contacted Stake customer support, and they informed me that their inquiry had been completed and that this was a bank issue. However, when I checked with my bank, they confirmed that everything is clear on their side and that no refund has been initiated. At this point, both sides are denying responsibility, and no one is properly listening to or resolving the issue, while my ₹50,000 remains stuck.
I request that Stake urgently investigate these three Paytm deposits again using the escalation IDs, my username, and the payment proof I can provide, and either credit the full ₹50,000 to my Stake account or clearly resolve the issue without shifting blame back and forth. I expect a prompt and serious resolution, as this is a significant amount and it has been pending for far too long.
I have attached three screenshots; please acknowledge them. ₹50,000 is a very large amount, and this matter needs to be thoroughly verified. I can also provide the payment screenshots again if needed.
