Stake Deposit Transfer Issue
On April 18 at around 11:44 a.m., I deposited 2,000 rupees to my Stake wallet (Stake account ID: Venkatesh2***) using UPI from my Canara Bank account ending with 9870. The payment was made from my UPI ID 7094333158@ptaxis to the UPI ID 6260033978@mbkns, with UPI Ref No: 610830596844. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Stake account. After noticing that the money was missing from my bank but not visible in my Stake wallet, I tried to get support from both Stake and my bank. However, I have not received any proper response or resolution from either side so far, and the amount remains stuck. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that the 2,000 rupees be either credited to my Stake wallet or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, along with clear information on why this transaction failed.
