Stake Deposit Pending Two Days

I made a deposit of 500 from my Indian bank account to my Stake account, and it has been pending for 2 days. The amount has been debited from my bank, but it is still not available in my Stake balance and appears to be stuck. I contacted your support team about this issue and was informed about a refund process, but the situation has not been clearly resolved and I still do not have my money back in my bank account. I kindly request that this 500 deposit either be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible or otherwise resolved without any further delay, and that I am given a clear explanation of what went wrong and when I can expect the funds.
