Stake Deposit Not Credited – ₹500 UPI Payment Missing With UTR
I made a deposit to my Stake account that has still not been credited.
On April 3, 2026, I sent ₹500 from my India Post Payments Bank account by scanning a QR code and paying to Stake (UPI/QR linked to pa**@stake.com).
The payment was successfully completed with UTR 852833620094 and transaction ID 3387723951. However, the amount is still pending and does not appear in my Stake balance, including the “other balance” section.
After noticing this issue, I attempted to contact customer support, but my messages are not being sent, so I have been unable to receive any assistance or information.
At this point, I do not know where my ₹500 is, and I have received no updates despite the successful transaction.
I request that my ₹500 deposit made on April 3, 2026, from India Post Payments Bank via QR code (UTR 852833620094, transaction ID 3387723951) be urgently reviewed and credited to my Stake account, or that I be clearly informed about the current status of this transaction.
