Stake App Deposit Not Credited - Payment Missing Issue

I am writing regarding a serious issue I have experienced with the Stake mobile app in India. On 15 March, I made a single deposit of 10,000, but the money has still not been credited to my Stake wallet. Because of this, I have effectively lost access to 10,000 that has left my account but is not visible or usable in the app. I have transaction details and screenshots for this payment, and I can provide all of them upon request. When I contacted Stake customer support, they simply told me that they did not receive the payment, even though the amount has been debited from my side. I did not receive any clear solution or follow‑up from support, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that this 10,000 deposit from 15 March be urgently traced and immediately credited to my Stake wallet. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong so that I can have confidence in using the Stake mobile app in the future.
