Stake Account Registration Not Working After Deleting Old Account

I previously had a Stake account but was unable to deposit funds into it. After watching some videos on YouTube, I saw suggestions that deleting the account could be a last-resort solution to fix deposit issues. Based on that advice, I deleted my account around January 2026.
Since then, I have been trying to create a new Stake account, but the system does not allow me to register—neither with my previous email nor with a different email address.
I contacted your support team via live chat and was told that the issue might be related to my network and would be resolved within a few days. However, the problem still persists, and I am still unable to open or use any account.
I request that you either reactivate my previous Stake account and ensure that I can deposit funds successfully, or allow me to create a new account without any technical restrictions. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue is occurring and a definite solution as soon as possible.
