Stake ₹5000 PhonePe Deposit Deducted But Not Credited

I am writing to report a problem I experienced with Stake casino regarding a failed deposit made via PhonePe. On 7 April, I made a PhonePe transaction of ₹5000 from my Punjab National Bank account to my Stake casino account. The amount of ₹5000 was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Stake balance. After I noticed that the deposit was missing, I contacted Stake customer support on 8 April and was informed that I should follow up with my bank. When I contacted Punjab National Bank, they told me to reach out to the payment merchant instead. I am now stuck between the different parties and, despite providing the reference number 171739826660, I still have not received either a refund or the deposit in my Stake account. I am very disappointed that this issue has still not been resolved, even though the transaction was completed from my side and I have fulfilled all requirements. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the total amount of ₹5000 either be credited to my Stake casino account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
