Failed Withdrawal Not Refunded By Stake
On 25 February 2026, I made a UPI transfer of INR 500 from my FamPay personal account to load funds into my Stake portfolio. The amount was successfully debited from my FamPay account, but it never appeared in my Stake portfolio. I contacted the Stake support team about this issue, and they informed me that they have not received the amount and asked me to contact the bank. Later, Stake stated that they had initiated a refund, but even after 15 days I have still not received the principal amount back in my FamPay account. I have both the UTR and the transaction ID available as proof of this transaction. I request that FamPay urgently trace this failed UPI transaction and process a full refund of INR 500 back to my FamPay account as soon as possible.
