On April 8 at around 9:56 a.m., I deposited ₹5,000 into my Stake wallet via UPI using the Paytm app from my Kotak Bank account.
The amount has been debited from my bank account through Paytm, and the transaction shows as completed. However, the funds have still not been reflected in my Stake wallet balance.
I have already reached out regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. Because of this missing credit, I am unable to use my own money on the platform, which is extremely frustrating.
I request that the ₹5,000 be promptly credited to my Stake wallet associated with this transaction, or that this issue be urgently investigated and resolved so I can access my funds without any further delay.
