On April 4, 2026, at 9:24, I made a UPI payment of 2,000 INR from my UPI app to “Lucky Online Service.” The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was debited from my account. However, the money did not reach my Stake account, and Stake shows that the payment was not received.
I contacted customer support, but I was told that merchant payments are non-refundable. In this situation, my 2,000 INR has been deducted from my account, Stake confirms they have not received the funds, and I am left without my money or any proper resolution.
I am requesting that this transaction be urgently investigated and that my 2,000 INR be refunded, since the amount was debited from my side but not credited to Stake. I also expect a clear and written explanation of what went wrong and how this issue will be resolved.
