
I made a payment of ₹2,000 to my Stake.com account via Paytm UPI on April 3, 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my Stake account. The payment was sent from the UPI ID 96258627**@ptsbi under the name Harshit Kumar, and the Paytm transaction reference number is 300109748223.
The money has been successfully debited from my account, yet there is no record of this deposit on Stake.com. After noticing that the amount was not credited, I contacted both Stake.com and Paytm support, but I have not received any response or resolution so far.
This situation is causing serious concern because my funds are stuck even though the payment shows as completed on my end. I request that this ₹2,000 be either immediately credited to my Stake.com account or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my original Paytm UPI ID 96258627**@ptsbi.
I kindly ask that this transaction be investigated using the provided reference number and that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
