Deposit Missing After Successful PhonePe Payment

I made a transaction to Stake through PhonePe on 04/04/2026 for an amount of 5,000. The money was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it was neither deposited into my Stake wallet nor refunded back to my bank. The PhonePe transaction ID is T2604041923242960983760 and the UTR number is 571270052328. After noticing that the amount was missing, I checked the status in PhonePe and saw that the payment had been processed, so the money has clearly left my account. However, on Stake’s side there is still no balance update, and I have not received any refund. I tried to get help through support, but I only received automated, computerized replies and was simply told to raise a complaint ticket, without any real resolution or clear information about my money. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my 5,000 be either immediately refunded back to my bank account or credited to my Stake wallet without any further delay. I expect clear communication about the status of this transaction and a prompt resolution, as this situation is causing me serious concern about the safety of my funds.
