PhonePe Payment Successful But Stake Wallet Not Credited

On 1 April 2026 at around 6:56 p.m., I made a payment of INR 5,000 from my PhonePe account to my Stake wallet. The payment was successful on PhonePe’s side, but even after more than 24 hours the amount has still not been credited to my Stake wallet. The PhonePe transaction ID for this payment is 3383238534. I am accessing my Stake account from Guwahati, India. I first contacted Stake customer support about this missing balance on 1 April 2026 and have reached out multiple times since then. Despite these attempts, I have not received any clear solution or resolution, and my Stake wallet balance still does not reflect this INR 5,000 payment. I request that my INR 5,000 be immediately credited to my Stake wallet based on the successful PhonePe transaction mentioned above and that I be informed in writing of the action taken regarding this issue.
