Spotify Charging Me from Stockholm Without Subscription

I initially tried to purchase a 3-month Spotify plan at a discounted price but encountered errors each time. I even tried using different accounts, but none worked, and I gave up. Now, despite not having a Spotify subscription, I’m seeing charges on my accounts from Stockholm. Every account still shows I'm on a Free plan, so I have no idea why these charges are happening. I live in Turkey and never authorized these charges. Spotify, please investigate this issue urgently and refund the money you’ve charged without my consent.
