I Got a Defective Speedo Biofuse Goggle That Ripped in Weeks
13

I bought the Speedo Biofuse swimming goggles at the beginning of July, and despite using them very carefully, the edges tore apart in less than a month. I expected much better quality from a brand like Speedo, but apparently, I received a defective product.

It’s extremely disappointing to spend ₺ for something that doesn’t even last a month. I didn’t misuse it—this wasn’t a result of wear and tear. The material clearly had manufacturing flaws. What’s even more frustrating is that I emailed the address listed on their official website, but never received any reply at all.

How is it acceptable for a global brand to completely ignore its customers when they reach out with a legitimate complaint?

I demand that Speedo acknowledge the defect and offer a replacement or refund immediately. I won’t be recommending their products until they take customer support seriously and stand behind the quality they promise.
