I purchased Speedo swim goggles from Decathlon three weeks ago, but when I opened the package, they looked scratched and used. I tried them for the first time in the pool, and they were extremely uncomfortable. Even my son’s swim coach, who was with me, inspected them and confirmed that the lenses were already scratched.

The next day, I went back to Decathlon to report the issue, but they refused to take responsibility, claiming it was user error. This is impossible, as I would have to intentionally damage them with a blade to cause such scratches.

I am extremely disappointed that such a well-known brand is selling defective products through a major retailer. I will never shop at Decathlon again and will take legal action if necessary.
