HydrasuitsTurkey Took My Payment but Never Delivered My Speedo Order

I purchased Speedo swimming products from HydrasuitsTurkey, a website claiming to be an official Speedo Turkey retailer. I made my payment through their online payment system, yet my order has not been delivered, and I cannot reach the company through any means.

Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, there has been no response, and my products are nowhere to be found. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency.

I demand an immediate resolution—either my order must be shipped immediately, or I expect a full refund.
