Spectrum Should Correct My Bill, It's Exceeded The Amount Quoted
I signed up for mobile service back in January, my bill has been higher than the $70 (including taxes) they quoted me, I like to keep my budget on track, and these extra charges are throwing things off. Looked at my bills from the beginning, checked the billing history in the system, maybe there's been a mistake somewhere, and I've been getting charged extra for something. If that's the case, it would be awesome if you could fix it and credit me back the difference. Also, while we're figuring this out, would you mind pausing my autopay untill you check the rest?
