PS5 DualSense Controllers Both Have Serious Stick Drift

PS5 DualSense Controllers Both Have Serious Stick Drift

I have been experiencing a serious stick drift issue with both of the DualSense controllers that came with my Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Edition for approximately one month. While playing games, the character moves on its own, and the analog sticks move left or right even when I am not giving any input, making the gaming experience extremely frustrating. The problem occurs repeatedly and continuously with both controllers.

I purchased my console from abroad, and it has been less than two years since the purchase, although unfortunately I do not know the exact purchase date. Therefore, I am not sure whether the devices are still covered by warranty. Despite how obvious and serious the problem is, I have not previously contacted Sony or any other service center because I was concerned that my issue would not be addressed.

I expect Sony to inspect both DualSense controllers and either repair them free of charge or replace them with new controllers if the issue cannot be resolved. Even though the console was purchased abroad, I request that having the same stick drift problem occur on both controllers within such a relatively short period of time be evaluated as a manufacturing-related defect rather than user damage, and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
