TikTok Needs To Review The Ban On My Historical Content Account

My name is Yaroslav, I am from Ukraine and I am currently in the Czech Republic because my home was destroyed during the war. My TikTok account @yarik_kushinov_ was permanently blocked on 22 February 2026. I am writing because I would like to appeal this decision and kindly ask for a re‑review of my case. On my account, I was creating content about countryballs, mapping, and historical topics. I never had any intention to violate TikTok’s Community Guidelines. It is possible that some videos may have unintentionally gone against the rules or were misinterpreted, and if this happened, I sincerely apologise, as it was never deliberate. I am fully ready to delete any problematic videos that may have caused the issue and to be much more careful with my future content so that I strictly follow all platform rules. I submitted an appeal and received a reply that, after final review, TikTok confirmed a violation of the Community Guidelines and that the permanent ban would remain. I respect TikTok’s efforts to keep the platform safe, but I still do not clearly understand what exactly in my content was in violation. Because of this, I feel that the decision might be based on a misunderstanding or on content taken out of context, especially since my videos were focused on creative and historical themes rather than on harmful or dangerous content. TikTok has been very important to me personally. I have serious vision problems and difficult life circumstances, and I grew up without a mother. In addition, my house in Ukraine was destroyed by the war, and TikTok became not only a hobby but also a way to support myself, to stay motivated and to feel some stability during a very hard period of my life. Losing my account in this situation is extremely painful for me. I respectfully ask TikTok to once again review the blocking of my account @yarik_kushinov_ and, if possible, to restore it. Even if the account is returned with certain restrictions, I would be very grateful for another chance to be on the platform and to continue creating content in full compliance with all Community Guidelines.
